We accept most insurance plans (see below) and for those who qualify, we may offer sliding scale fees. For those without insurance coverage, please contact us for information on our fees.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Cash and check are the only method of payment accepted.
We understand that cancellations may occur. We kindly ask our patients to notify us at least 24 hours in advance and to reschedule the appointment within the same week for optimal treatment.
