We accept most insurance plans (see below) and for those who qualify, we may offer sliding scale fees. 

For those without insurance coverage, please contact us for information on our fees.

• What is my deductible and has it been met?

• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

Family/Couples $120 per session.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that cancellations may occur. We kindly ask our patients to notify us at least 24 hours in advance and to reschedule the appointment within the same week for optimal treatment.
